Entertainment Luminaries Take Action in Incite Nationwide Change in Honor of the Inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama
In honor of the upcoming Presidential Inauguration, MySpace Celebrity and Katalyst Media, an original content production company founded by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, encouraged celebrities to record a pledge of service to President-elect Barack Obama. The moving videos represent ways in which each celebrity plans to take actions that lead to the nationwide change motivated by Obama’s campaign. The videos are directed by Demi Moore and may be found exclusively on MySpace Celebrity beginning on Monday, January 19th.

The Social Media Bible is in final production! The final edits went off to JW&S last week. The layout is due on February 28th, it comes off the presses on April 21st, and will hit the bookstores on May 4th!
JW&S has told me that TSMB is not only the most comprehensive book ever published on social media, but it’s the “largest” book ever published by JW&S in their 202 years of publishing. It’s 744 pages! (more…)
Significant Spikes In Time Spent And Page Views According to January ComScore MySpace, the world’s leading social portal, observed its largest spike to date in user engagement metrics with the arrival of the January 2009 domestic comScore data including all time highs in the “minutes per visitor” and “total minutes” categories. Page views also jumped to the highest level the company has seen in more than a year.
