Here’s a quick update and a few fun links!

The Social Media Bible is in final production!  The final edits went off to JW&S last week.  The layout is due on February 28th, it comes off the presses on April 21st, and will hit the bookstores on May 4th!

JW&S has told me that TSMB is not only the most comprehensive book ever published on social media, but it’s the “largest” book ever published by JW&S in their 202 years of publishing.  It’s 744 pages!

The Five P’s Of Social Media Implementation
I am continually asked “Social Media…  Where do I begin”.  So I created a 6 minute audio/video that will help you get started.  I call it the “Five P’s Of Social Media Implementation”.

FRED Figglehorn
While interviewing George Strompolos - Content Partnerships Manager For YouTube, we discussed the YouTube sensation Fred Figglehorn.  “FRED” is a 14 year old pretending to be an 8 year old with anger management problems.  Fred creates his 3 minute improv videos with his voice pitched high so he sounds like he’s on helium.  Fred has generated more than 24,153,747 views of his homemade videos.  While George couldn’t be specific, he did say that 14 year old FRED was earning more than $100,000 in advertising click-through revenues from his videos on YouTube.  Here’s FRED’s link. It’s worth watching one.  He’s funny.
